Yi’s project experience focused on healthcare, residential, and commercial development. Yi is a manager of Evergreen Fund company who funded the development land.
Richard W. Ferrell is a real estate consultant with over 40+ years of experience in real estate development and real estate finance. He is a real estate generalist with “hands on” experience with single-family and multi-family housing, land development, resort, office and retail, industrial and mixed-use properties. He has extensive experience in providing litigation support and analysis and expert witness testimony on causation, damages, lost profits, appropriate fees and interest rates, loan underwriting, valuation and related real estate and real estate finance issues.
